Your goods must not exceed 30kg including the packaging as it will be rejected at the collection depot and returned to the collection address incurring a failed collection charge.
Your fully packaged item must not exceed: Weight: 30kgs. Maximum size: 120cm on the longest side. For ND parcels, the other two sides must not exceed 55cm and 50cm (or 60cm x 60cm x 60cm).
Items must be fully wrapped in bubble wrap and then fully enclosed in cardboard. Exterior packaging must be labelled with the full delivery address.
Parcel drop-off and delivery options available: local depot drop-off and recipient local depot pick-up or door-to-door delivery.
