Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are operating as normal. However, as a consequence of the easing of restrictions, there has been significant increases in parcel and freight volumes across all of our delivery networks. Many areas of the country are also still experiencing driver shortages and staffing issues which can affect collections and deliveries. Please accommodate for the occasional delays.

In order to protect customers and drivers alike from the risk of infection, our network have introduced temporary measures to limit customer contact at collection and delivery points, including contactless deliveries. Please note, this will mean the recipient does not sign for the items.
