Before collection

A clean pallet handover helps protect valuable parts, avoid delays and keep the delivery moving on schedule.

Oil and Liquids
When sending any items via our pallet service, in particular engines and gearboxes, please ensure you fully drain any oil / liquids.
If your item is not fully drained of oil/residue you will be charged an additional £85 ex. vat oil leak cleaning charge.
Packaging Requirements
Your items must be packaged and fit for transport, you must ensure the goods are secured on a pallet and that there are no loose items on the pallet.
If sending an engine or gearbox please ensure the goods are placed on cardboard and/or an absorbent layer. This will help catch any residual oil / liquids up to 1 litre. We recommend customers purchase our specially designed oil absorbent mats, to both reduce the risk of contaminating other shipments and/or oil spills. Oil Mats can be purchased for an additional charge, details are below.
Collection & Delivery
If you are not present at the time of an arranged collection / delivery time, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Weights & Dimensions
All pallets are measured after collection, if your pallet exceeds the dimensions below, additional charges will apply. The dimensions will include any overhanging goods on the pallet.
